What is IUI? Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) is a simple and gentle insemination procedure performed in the comfort of your home or our office. IUI increases the chances of conception when using frozen sperm and has twice the success rate as compared to vaginal insemination (intra-cervical insemination, where sperm is placed near the cervix)

Preparation: A health history and fertility intake is kindly requested prior to proceeding with our insemination services. Following the consultation, you may schedule your insemination appointment for your expected ovulation week. We will remain on call during your ovulation period and adjust insemination timing to align with your fertile signs and peak ovulation day to give you the greatest potential for success! A second IUI can be added for an additional $200 (frozen)/$250 (fresh).

What to expect: We will use a speculum to visualize the cervix of the person trying to conceive, much like during a pap smear. A very thin sterile catheter is then inserted through the cervical opening (os) into the uterus where the sperm sample is placed. We offer additional services like sperm washing for fresh sperm (from known donor, partner or co-parent, etc.) which can be done right before the IUI procedure. Sperm thawing is included for clients using frozen sperm. Whether you choose fresh/washed or frozen sperm, we are here to accommodate your process.

• In-home/in-office IUI appointment during peak ovulation (with the addition of a second iui in 24 hours to increase chances)
